Hampton Inn Chicago-Midway Airport - Bedford Park

Clean room and comfortable bed. One staff member unhelpful about room cleaning request.

It was in a central location, close to downton.

The room was attractive, I had very comfortable experience.

Stayed here for 1 day, liked the hotel, it was clean with marvellous location in eating establishments. Location: the property was adjacent to Chicago, Midway airport. I tried some drinks at bar Coaches, located 5 minutes walk away.

The easy 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport was a major convenience, and the hot breakfast was a standout feature. The check-in experience was quite average, lacking warmth from the staff. The absence of syrup for waffles during breakfast was the final straw that led to our disappointment. Cleanliness was adequate, but the overall service could use improvement.

I loved the room with refrigerator and microwave. Magnificent location and overall the staff was accommodating and incredible.

The $10/day parking and easy pick-up and drop-off to and from Midway Airport. Closeness to airport and 24/7 bus service. Nice start to our day with a hot breakfast.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Beds

The beds were very comfortable, essential after a long day of travel. The noise levels from outside and adjoining rooms were a bit disruptive were nice.

The service staff was excellent, they were always there if we needed anything and were very frinedly and attentive. We had some issues at check in and the counter staff were helpful and attentive. The room was very small but overall our stay wasn't too bad. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the menu changed daily.

Our room was supposed to be a study. What they did was manage to stuff a desk and sofa bed into a regular sized room along with the king bed. When we opened the sofa bed we had less than a foot between the bed and foot of the sofa bed. This made for very crowded living conditions for our family. We had really expected a larger room for the money we paid. With other choices in the same parking lot, we would have stayed elsewhere had we known in advance. Fortunately, all we did was sleep and shower in our room. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns and this was the first time this has happened.

Amazing hotel with free airport shuttle, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with travel tips on my first stay, which I still remember. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!
